THE SEABOURN SOJOURN ARRIVES IN THE SOUND

The enchanting Seabourn Sojourn cruise ship arrives in the Sound this morning defying the mist and rain dropping anchor near the Plymouth Breakwater.

The Norwegian designed cruise liner is on a whistle-stop visit to the city and its next stop will be the Isle of Wight. The 11-deck Seabourn Sojourn carries between 450 and 540 passengers and 330 crew members.

Boat tenders at the ready to take passengers to the Barbican Landing Stage where they will be met by the Plymouth Cruise Volunteers led by Doug and Annemarie Kerr, together with other city shore handlers and Plymouth Cruise Partnership representatives.

The liner is on a day visit until 6pm tonight.
