PORTLAND IN CHOPPY WATERS

HMS Portland inbound this morning in choppy waters on her way into Devonport.

HMS Portland is a Type 23 frigate and is the eighth ship to bear the name, fifteenth and penultimate ship of the ‘Duke’ class of Royal Navy frigates that was built.
