Westward Shipping News spent some time with a local Kayaking enthusiast on Plymouth Hoe – who says the sport is all year round and especially exciting in the winter months.
Though the air and water are colder, kayaking in winter has a certain charm that many paddlers fall in love with say local kayakers.
