RFA Proteus at the Plymouth Breakwater this afternoon following operations in the North Sea last week. The vessel was last seen in Plymouth during the Summer.
The Auxiliary run ship with Royal Navy Personnel is used for Remotely Operated Underwater Vehicles (ROUVs)[9] and a testbed for new specialist under water capabilities, required for monitoring waters around the UK.
