Plymouth Sound last year played host to some amazing global visits and none more so than the Dar Mlodziezy which is the second largest tall ship in the world.
The Dar Mlodziezy is registered in Gdynia, and home to the majestic training ship that measures in at 109m long and at just over 62m tall, and Plymouth’s Twinning link city.
Plymouth and Gdynia became twinned in 1976 following a suggestion by the Plymouth Anglo-Polish Cultural Society, and the partnership was one of the first between Britain and Poland.
