One of the world’s most luxurious cruise ships, the Crystal Serenity, arrived back in Plymouth early this morning on a second visit to the waterfront city this year.

The ship arrived inside the breakwater and was guided by the Plymouth Pilot Boat just after 8am this morning. Tender boats took passengers to the Barbican Landing Stage, where they were met by Plymouth cruise representatives, volunteer ambassadors, and shore handlers.

Crystal Serenity is the flagship @crystalcruises at 68,870 tonnes and can hold up to 740 passengers, with spacious suites, with quality the main feature of this luxury liner, say cruise experts.

The vessel has one main dining room and two main speciality restaurants that are each as classy and upscale as you’ll find sailing on the high seas. The ship offers cuisine and drinks that are high-end, and cruise passengers are served with the sort of elegance and flair that is only found at the best luxury resorts on land or sea.

Two more cruise visitors are due to visit the city this month including the Silver Dawn on the 17th September, and the Sirena on the 18th September.
